ProtecTar Coal Tar Emulsion Sealer protects and beautifies
asphalt pavement, resists petroleum products,
retains color, will not oxidize and dries to a
flat black finish. ProtecTar is manufactured by
Vance Bros., Inc. and is available in bulk quantities,
55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails. Job site drop

UltraSeal Performance Grade is a non-burning, fast drying, non-tracking pavement
sealer. It's more durable than ordinary asphalt
sealers, and dries to a beautiful deep black finish.
Ultraseal is manufactured by Vance Bros., Inc.

drums and 5 gallon pails. Job site drop trailers

P.A.S.S.-
Polymerized Asphalt Surface Sealer rejuvenates
asphalt pavement, seals asphalt pavement, fills
cracks, provides a wearing course, resists future
cracking, provides a membrane to resist reflective
cracking and is economical.
Tar
Max R-100 enhances the characteristics of
coal tar emulsions. It toughens pavement sealer
film, helps suspend sand, and improves drying
time, fuel resistance and color. Tar Max meets
all F.A.A specifications P-625, P-627, P-628.

TarLoc
MPC improves
adhesion of sealer over any surface. Use on oil
spots, concrete, hard to clean areas, badly oxidized
asphalt pavement and high traffic areas. Great
for fast food parking lots. TarLoc can be applied
by brush, roller or spray and dries quickly. DOWNLOAD

Diamond Shield Fortifier (DSF) is a liquid composition, primary active curing additive,
viscosity and rheology modifier for water borne asphalt, coal tar and blended emulsions.
DSF functions safely and significantly to reduce the amount of time required for a surface
coating to be reintroduced to vehicle traffic without damage to the film.

Insta-Dri Sealing Additive greatly improves drying time
and hardens sealer film without a significant
effect on viscosity.
Both Black Beauty and Silica Sand improve traction
and skid resistance when added to asphalt pavement
sealer.
Vance
Premium Patch is a unique, high performance patching material
made from polymerized asphalt emulsion, and fortified
with polypropylene fibers for outstanding toughness
and durability. It's ready to use, easy to apply
and permanent.
