UltraSeal® Systems has new technology that protects asphalt pavements with exceptional durability and toughness unmatched by other sealers while providing a clean, dark black, attractive asphalt surface. Each type of UltraSeal® Systems is designed to meet the needs of various different surfaces and environments.
UltraSeal® Systems Type I is a high solids, fast drying, non-tracking, polymer-modified, asphalt emulsion pavement sealer. It's more durable than ordinary asphalt sealers, and dries to a beautiful matte black finish. Ultraseal® is manufactured exclusively by Vance Bros., Inc. and is available in bulk quantities, 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails. Job site drop trailers are available upon request.
UltraSeal® Systems Type II is a ready-to-use, plant mixed, polymer-modified asphalt emulsion pavement sealer. The high solid content (up to 60%) means it's engineered to exceed typical sealers in performance and durability.
UltraSeal® Systems Type III is a high solids (up to 62%), polymer-modified, asphalt emulsion pavement sealer. It is designed to be plant mixed, or can be job mixed with a Vance Brothers representative on hand to ensure proper mixing and performance.
Ultra Blend pavement sealer is a custom blend of ProtecTar and Ultraseal. Blended to custom specifications.
ProtecTar Refined Tar Emulsion Sealer protects and beautifies asphalt pavement, resists petroleum products, retains color, resists oxidation and dries to a flat black finish. ProtecTar is manufactured by Vance Bros., Inc. and is available in bulk quantities, 55 gallon drums and 5 gallon pails. Job site drop trailers are available upon request.
Tar Max R-100 enhances the characteristics of refined tar emulsions. It toughens pavement sealer film, helps suspend sand, and improves drying time, fuel resistance and color. Tar Max meets all F.A.A specifications P-625, P-627, P-628.
TarLoc MPC improves adhesion of sealer over any surface. Use on oilspots, concrete, hard to clean areas, badly oxidized asphalt pavement and hightraffic areas. Great for fast-food parking lots. TarLoc can be applied bybrush, roller or spray and dries quickly.
Diamond Shield Fortifier (DSF) is a liquid composition, primary active curing additive, viscosity and rheology modifier for water borne asphalt, coal tar and blended emulsions. DSF functions safely and significantly to reduce the amount of time required for a surface coating to be reintroduced to vehicle traffic without damage to the film.
